Thanks to its situation alongside the Wilderness Route in southern Lapland and its vicinity to Stekenjökk and Marsfjället, you can really feel that you’re in the Swedish mountains, both during the summer and the winter. You’ll find a number of different activities whether you like exploring on your own or taking part in organized group activities. But whatever you do you’ll feel good, you’ll recharge your batteries and you’ll enjoy the scenery and the fresh air.
During the summer the area offers excellent opportunities for mountain walking, mountain biking, world-class fishing, mushroom picking and recreation in the peaceful and secure mountain setting. Sights like Fatmomakke and Norgefarargården are just a short distance away.
During the winter the lifts provide fantastic skiing opportunities for all levels of Alpine skiing with slopes that range from green to black. There are also prepared trails, some of which are illuminated, for cross-country skiing. Take a tour and visit nearby mountain valleys and find your own untouched place to eat your packed lunch.
The area is very popular with snowmobile riders with its excellent system of wellprepared trails making it easy to get out into the beautiful snow-covered expanses. There is also excellent ice fishing and a large number of watercourses.
